Within the BI Competency Center I designed the university-wide BI template and co-built the "Bestuurdersportaal" — an executive portal bringing every key indicator for the board, deans, and controllers into one user-centric application.
Midway through a full ERP migration, Enexis risked losing sight of its numbers between the legacy system and the new platform. I built dual reports that merged data from both systems into a single trusted view and translated the old custom reports to the new environment — from feasibility analysis to working pilot to production.
